R-Ranch Share

I showed this to my wife and we are both interested as have come to really like that area, but realistically we'd probably only use it once a year.  still very tempting.

That's the kicker...you really need to be able to use it to make it worth the money and that's the ONLY reason I'm selling it.  Not making any money here, just want to pass it along to someone who will use and enjoy it.

It's also close to great fishing besides the Kalamath.  The Upper Sac is close, Lower Sac 1.5 hours away, Siskiyou lake, Castle Lake, Iron Gate, Copco, McCloud River, Trinity Lake, Shasta Lake, Whiskeytown Lake,  Rogue River, etc...  Makes a layover en route to the Oregon Coast too

I never took advantage of the hunting but the pics I've seen of bucks coming out of the ranch are impressive.  C-Zone too.  They also have their own locker for hanging meat.  The ranch has 3000 acres that are hunt-able if I remember correctly.  It also backs up to BLM and USFS land so it's unlimited really.

P-Sherman, you would really like their gun range.  Great facility with trap shooting and they even have loaner guns

Too bad we couldn't make it to the ranch to tour.  We were there the week before 4th of July and the heat wave shorten our trip due to the baby not doing too well. 

I wish I could make it up there soon. Sounds like a bargain.
