Took Cody and my nephew Jake up 88 for stream opener weekend today. The West Carson was on. The boys caught limits, lost more. The fish would bite white power eggs, then stop. Switched to salmon eggs and it was back on. Then stopped. Put on a piece of night crawler, and finished off the limits. Cody then helped a little guy with his set up, and he caught his first fish with his dad and grandpa. Not a bad day!

Not sure, we didnt go up there. Hope Valley didnt have much, few inches of fast melting snow, but not sure how far up they plowed. Red lake had about four inches of heavy snow, and no fish.  :smt006
