Hey Tote.... Awesome work!  We're all envious!

Ditto MontanaN8V's suggestion for a backstop netting or curtain if you're concerned about shooting into a neighbor's yard.  I'm thinking about it.  Not cheap though...

For now, I shoot indoors and my backstop is drywall and stucco. :smt003  I have a small tub of wall patch on-hand just in case I make a boo-boo.

Practice at home is important to me.  I do it for fun, stress relief, and form practice for target and bowhunting.  It's ideal if you have a safe 20+ backyard shooting lane, but anyone can shoot at home even if your safe shooting lane is only 5 yards.  Just aim for the smallest target you can see.  Remember.... "aim small - miss small".

I strive for "minute of angle accuracy".....

.5" groups @ 5 yards,
1" groups @ 10 yds, 2" @ 20 yds, 3" @ 30 yds, 4" @ 40 yds, 5" @ 50 yds, 6" @ 60 yds... and so on.

This seems to be popular. and not very expensive People on AT rave about them

I know I am being "not so safe" but I minimize the risk by drawing at the ground (or at least below level) and then raise my arrow up into the target.

Very nice set up Tote! For someone that shot archery for the first half of his life (Me, now 54) I like your range.

Pretty slick dude! My shooting lane has tenants now, so it's a drive to practice now  :smt011
