I really overestimated Crab's value.
And based on how long he waited to sign, I assume the other 30 teams felt he was worth less than 3mil per season. Which is, like, less than Rod Streeter makes bwahahaha! 
That said, I hope he is awesome on the Raiders (for Oakland's sake; not for Crab's career).

Saw that Monday , hope he can catch some passes with those crab hands.

He will sit out preseason with a foot injury then holdout for more money.....

Give me another receiver like Boldin anytime!  King Crab, yeah right!

Anytime, Raiders ! Thanks for the compensatory pick ! Good for him - he tumbled onto the only roster in the NFL where he could sit on top of the WR depth chart. 

1 year deal....we made him a take it or leave it deal.

You may be right. Financially, it makes sense long term. Sign a one year deal, pile up some stats as a top target in a more pass friendly system, and parlay that into a multi year deal elsewhere next off-season. Seemed like a good fit for New England but I'm guessing that was back when Crab thought he was getting 4/$35M.
