We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.

I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

People aren’t supposed to look back. I’m certainly not going to do it anymore.”

Interesting, how similar the actually mirage mechanism, Do they still use like a bike cable and bike chain?

Yup, mirage classic. That's what I got. In a recent post, someone asked the noob from modesto if they had a "salt-water" worthy yak.. and I'm afraid to take mine out where someone asks that question. Do the NCKA-ers consider the Classic not "salt worthy?"

Cool looking boats.  Does either one have a rudder and/or do you know if they can be fitted with one?
Thanks, MJ

All Hobies need a rudder.
The specs look seaworthy, perhaps a bit tippy. But I have never paddled one.
