Just flip the drive around, in my case I'm on number 7 for forward, so in reverse I have to change to number 1.

damn dude I pedal at 4-5,  smoke probably pedals on 2-3  =)

I can not see how the new GT roller bearings are going to survive sand abrasion.  Time will tell.
