You ever watch the show Buying Alaska?  are those prices, listings, and remodel expectations BS?

Prices are about right.  yes the houses they show on there are crap or over priced, but everything is more expensive because of the Alaskan cruise all the materials take either from WA or Canada.

Thanks again to the warm welcome.  Looking forward to sharing in Alaskan fish porn with you and maybe learn a little in the process.

Anybody know good spots to yak fish or dive near Morro Bay?  I might be down there in a couple months
