Its 2 coats of liquid tape, I thought I would give it a try.If I doesnt hold up I will have to replace it, Time will tell!

Let me know how it works. If it doesn't  work out . Try Plasti Dip ,that you could purchase from Home Depot, I just sprayed a coat of it over the foam and it sealed it water tight. Holds the bath water for the transducer in the foam better.

Well done! The water bath seems to work pretty well for me and the velcro keeps it secure.  I never have to take it out ... if only I could remember to put water in BEFORE I get on the water!  :smt044  Thank goodness it is easily accessible for me.

Yeah Marcel, I will probly forget to add the water also but the waterbath tranducer mount is in the center hatch right below the seat in my Tarpon 120 easy to get to on and off the water! :smt001
