Yeah the training will help with that, but what went wrong that made that guy end up in the water is the question.

The guy making the rescue should have never been in a position to get swept away and if he was should have had a tag line on to be pulled back in.

Just saying was a good safe non the less but situation should not have happened coming from a rescue standpoint.
