Thank for the notice Fishingaddick , :smt003  I hate bringing a big ass net for rock fish ,but Ive have a collapsible net I stored in the haul just in case. I think it's a stupid rule. I've never use one for rock fish,if it's small than just use my hands.  I find it  cumbersome .I can understand needing one  for Salmon .
