Need a scuba diver with a light for a mission in Napa

Are there no provisions for recovery of items dropped in the lake?
Back in the 80's the Santa Barbara area reservoir was a "no touch" lake, but I believe there were allowances to salvage things like propellers & fishing rods that were lost. Of course nowadays it might be more about liability than anything else...

If this is something you're wanting to do today I could be there in an hour and wouldn't mind trying to free dive for it but I'd have to know pretty quick. About an hour out

I've actually got a call into the Napa Water people to see if I can get permission to dive.
