Multiple rods?

I was planning on going after sea bass and halibut and was wondering if you are still allowed to use two rods without a two rod stamp as long as you are targeting only those species and have not kept any rockfish. Is that still O.K.?

Yes, as long as you release all RGC and salmon bycatch, you can use multiple rods.

Yes, you can use as many rods as you want for WSb & halibut. But if you happen to catch a RF, ling, salmon, etc while using more than 1 rod...you have to release it.
And you don't need a 2-rod stamp in the ocean; it only applies to freshwater fishing.

Also the A-Rig full set up is also allowed as long as you dont target the species that are in number of hook restrictions RCG and SALMON.

Yes, you don't need a two rod stamp for the ocean. I tend to fish four rods when i go for bass and butts.
