Daily runners?

   glad to see some runners on here!!I've been running for just over a year now and what keeps me motivated is signing up for a run once a month within an hour from my house  it forces me to keep at it not wanting to waste my entry money,they are all fun and meet lots of good people… I also ended up with pf which stopped me from running for a bit so i took up swimming  then cycling  now i am a triathlete and try to do one of those once a month..
   Jeff each day you run you'll get stronger. We should pick a run somewhere and kind of head up a meet greet and run or something of that sort.. keep us posted on your progress as well as others just starting out on the run and shot me a line if anyone wants to train for a half marathon  I know Big Jim will  right Jim

apparently, Hamachi is going to do his first triathlon this spring.  THE WILDFLOWER LONG COURSE 1/2 IRONMAN DISTANCE!!!   

Now that's truly going for it!  HamachiJ don't play! 

But yes,  ways to stay consistently motivated include: 1) signing up for a race; or 2) meeting a hot chick that you want to impress by looking strong and fit.  Sometimes there is a union of the two, and you'll be running a race with and among hot chicks.  Fact.  Ask Brian G about Lake Del Valle and the allegory of the Fox Who Wore Green Shorts.     Highly motivating indeed.
