Hey Angel,

Right outside the harbor in HMB is good for dab'ing.... Most areas with sand will hold sanddabs; I just usually drift this rig across the sand bottom for awhile and then reel'm up, most time with multiple hookups.....

The weather in Monterey today wasn't too bad but the drift was a bit quick.  We did catch enough for a meal.
