I'm going to be hitting up SWS tomorrow to spearfish and try to recover my dive light I lost today while diving today. After shooting my first  ling cod ever with a speargun and somewhere around securing the fat boy, I lost my yellow SL4=oh damn!! We searched the area briefly, but were out of time, so I am heading back tomorrow to look for it and do some more hunting.
Visibility was great and weather super nice. Any company would be welcome since I would prefer not to dive alone. The area lost my light is around 15'. I am planning to launch around 7am.  Thanks Mike

Thanks for the offer Jim, I'll let you know. I dove with Joe today and we both had some good stringers, but he did better-of course :smt003 and I'll let him tell the story. Best, Mike

Thanks guys. For years I almost always tuck the lanyard of my light underneath the velcro cinch strap on my glove for this exact reason. I noticed the toggle on lanyard wasn't keeping it tight to my wrist, but I am at a loss as to why I continued second guessing myself and straying from my normal routine,,,,,,life's lessons......  :smt009
