$1000 off a 2013 AI is pretty sweet. shops I have talked to say they hardly get demoed beacuse of rental price and lack of sailing skills.

T120UL for $699 is not a bad price if its in good condition.

I was there a couple of years ago, there was one Hobie Adventure that looked brand new. 
The others were just OK.

Dropped by this evening. Still have a red and a yellow carribean 12 for 999 and the t120ul for 700. They all look to be in pretty decent condition although the seats aren't that great. 
 The t120 lost a couple of letters and has a couple of scratches but looks like a really good deal for the price.
