Salmon Question

So roughly, when in the Spring season do Salmon start to make into the bay and up the Sac?  That first taste of Kings has me hooked, but I am curious when and if it happens in the bay. 

There are at least 4 different "runs" of salmon, but the best chance to catch one inside the bay or up the Sac is probably August.
