Severe back pain is no joke, I'm with ya on that. Knocked me out of the Fire Department.  I'd hate to sound like a " Granola.." 

but I've got to say, out of all things I've tried to find relief, Friggen Yoga has been terrific...  in particular..  Biqram Yoga, the hot one...

Wait till your feeling better, and never push it, hurt myself that way too...  and if nothing else...

At least your in a sweaty room with a bunch of women...

Thanks everyone. I love the pun "back" in the comments. I have a dr appointment tomorrow, not liking this workers comp thing. I am used to going to work, there is still a lot of work I can do, just seems like a waste of time. I am using the time wisely, booked a bunch of shows this morning. Speaking of which, I am booked for a show at the PUNCHLINE in Sacramento. I have 20 tickets to give to my friends for the April 3rd show.
