"Back" in ER

Sad to say that yesterday My back gave out again in my office, and I was back in the hospital. Not being a pessimist, but there is a good chance that my kayaking is over. Does not mean that I am done with NCKA, my kids still love to kayak, and if I cannot work, I can promise to be at more NCKA events and help with the events while others are out fishing. I am keeping my spirits up, been through this before, just hoping for a speedy recovery in time for Shelter Cove!

Thanks guys, and I will be at Shelter this year come heck or high tide. I want to bring the kids too, they need to experience that. I am pretty sure though that my kayaking is by and large done. But, the kids still love it, and we will still be NCKA fam for life!

Rich I hope this turns out to be a temporary setback. Back pain is no fun at all.

That sucks, hoping for a good recovery.  Just don't rush it, that is what I always do.

Just take it easy bro, hopefully you'll recover fast in time for the big events coming up.
