Fishes out of a 8 to 16 foot boat made of plastic off the coast of northern california./ Lakes and rivers also. Cold , rain, Ice, Wind, Small craft advisories all Ignored or considered not applicable... Ya, that crazy Uncle... ME!!!       

Figured the wigglers would see it as some advantage and shoot it down, but from my vantage point it was more of luxury (being able to camp really), not a way to access a far away spot that no one else can get to, if anything we have that advantage over boats being able to launch wherever we can gain access.

If you paddle to the boat and camp out at it, provided the PB doesn't take you anywhere, then I think it would be allowed under current rules. What does the board think?
