Anybody fishing the Salinas river or any other body of water in the monterey bay area for chrome this coming sat. or sun?

Never heard of anyone catching chromers in the Salinas. Unless you have a time machine, because my uncle tells great stories about catching them in the 70s. But that doesn't mean it's impossible, just unlikely. There are, however, lots of steelhead in the San Lo right now...I heard.
