I'm a beer snob too, but I'm either way under evolved or completely transcended...

Here's my attempt to 'branch out'.   

anything from Shiner works for me.  There are few Euro beers I look for from time to time, Konigsbacher, Fohr, and Huevals are extremely hard to find, but worth it.  Some of the belgian beers are mighty tasty.
