It worked with a twist.

Decided on grilled veggie panini for dinner.  Used the basics of the sauce with a few deletions on the panini.  Happy household right now.

Another variation could also be done with a little non-fat sour cream or plain yogurt instead of the mayo.

Try Vegannaise. Tastes almost exactly the same but without the artery clogs.
I can't wait to try this recipe.

yup, it works with vegannaise. Actually it works better if the ,ahem "object of affection" is of the vegan persuasion :smt002.

I am a big fan of vegannaise also but it doesn't have the same magic as best foods when cooking with fish.
1 lb of Sea Bass 7-800 calories Sauce about 1000 add another 600/800 for wine, bread and a small salad or veggies  Sex Burns about 100 calories per 1/2 hour are you sure you are supposed to put the sauce on the Fish   :smt009 Does sound good though.

Hey Mike -

Got to disagree on the calorie the balance sheet and I am an expert. Here is how I see it:

Calorie Deficit:

Paddle to Tioga and back - 12 miles - 1,200 Calories
Loading and unloading and cleaning the kayak - 100 calories
Fighting a c bass for 30 minutes - 100 calories
Cleaning fish - 50 calories
Sex - 100 calories
Total Calorie Deficit: 1,550 calories

Calorie Intake:
8 oz white seabass  -250 calories
3 tbls light mayonnaise - 300 calories
Total Calorie Intake:  550 calories

The mayonnaise is a coating which keeps the fish moist. Most of it ends up in the foil boat which I throw away. To me that looks like a weight loss program.  :smt005 :smt005 :smt005 There aren't many overweight hard core kayak ghost hunters for a reason.  :smt006 If you start eating vegannaise, the next thing is a PETA or Green Peace membership.  :smt005 :smt005 :smt005 MEAT HUNTERS UNITE!!!! :smt044

Keep in mind I'm putting Veganaise on fish that I've caught, bonked, bled, gutted, and filleted, but hey, if eating high-cholesterol mayo makes you feel better, don't let me stop you!  :smt001 :smt003 :smt044 :smt006 :smt043 :smt045 :groupwave :beer3 :fishing2 :fishing1 :toothy12: :chef: :smt030 :3some: :fishing1 :toothy9: :toothy10: :toothy12: :smt080

Decided to throw it down in my kitchen with a couple of variations. I don't make it a habit to measure things and usually just go with what feels good, so here you go and enjoy.
Pic 1 is Yellowtail with sex sauce: mayo, siracha, olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Pic 2 is Seabass with sex sauce: mayo, siracha, olive oil, fresh garlic, pesto, ginger, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Pic 3 & 4 is before and after broiling Halibut with sex sauce: mayo, siracha, olive oil, sesame oil, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, green onion, and Tajin mexican seasoning.
Pic 5 & 6 is before and after mixing sex sauce. Cheers

Yep Mike I used Sriracha Sex Sauce also on yellowtail and it was better than Tapatio. It probably works great on halibut because it keeps the fish from getting dry which is my main beef with halis.

Right you are my man, that has always been my main issue as well. Just like a good steak, you have to literally pull hali out a couple of minutes before you think it's done and let it rest as it continues to cook. I was amazed at how tender and moist the hali came out because of the Sex Sauce and so tasty too! Thanks for sharing this recipe Scott!
