Received a job offer and officially am going to be moving away from the North Coast just started to get a hang of things sorta if that's what you want to call it. But work calls and better job offers for the both the fiance and I. So I have this weekend to fish then I am on the road heading back to So-Cal closer to family.

So who want to paddle out of Trinidad this weekend. Plan on taking both yaks and getting Mary a big Ling before we leave.

Plan on going pretty early if I can drag her out of bed that early. But the latest would be 7am.

Congrats on the new job Ryan!! :) Last time we spoke at GS6, you and Mary mentioned how y'all were getting comfortable living up in Northern Cal but was hoping to move south closer to family. I'm stoked to hear that plans are coming together!

Wishing you and Mary the best, and I look forward to seein you both again soon!

Thanks for watching him for us.  Hope he wasn't too much trouble.

Rhyak - the salmon bite's too hot out of Eureka to pass up - good luck up there - get Mary on some fish!  Rob, Dom and I are putting the three X-Factors in the water off the S. Jetty at 5:30AM, riding the outgoing out through the Jaws, and we can't come back in until the tide turns just after 11AM.  We hope to paddle straight out to 150 and troll until salmon hit the decks.   :smt001

Congrats Ryan! We don't have any coastal tournies down south yet...
Maybe you can set a NorCal vs SoCal rivalry  :smt003
