abs 4/7 timber cove

Where's the entry point to Timber cove? I know where the lodge is at but where do you launch from?

There is a road you can drive down that goes to the beach, and for like 8 bucks you can park like 20 feet from the water.... good deal IMO opposed to carrying 2 yaks down, even still water is a little tough to do solo.

Entrance is at the timber cove trailer park on the west side of hwy 1. Hope this helps.

GF changed my plans again, I'll be there at the same time, though my buddie won't be able to make it, and I'll be driving up from sunnyvale, I think I'm going to also scratch the salmon trolling and pick up a spear this afternoon

Did you guys hook up today? I decided to do Van Damme instead. Excellent diving conditions this morning. Although I did have to wake up at 2:30 this morning to make the low tide it was worth it. I'm now enjoying a cigar and drinking some Winter Stoltice from a growler I purchased from Anderson Valley brewing company.
Also enjoying some fresh uni as well. Will clean abs tomorrow morning.

Hope you guys had as much fun as I did.

Yep I met fishloomis at 8 and showed him around vis was only 2 ft but we both limited on abs. I should have crabed some of the monster mussels from the rocks but I was pressed for time. I still maid it to work on time was able to clean all three abs and eat them and share with the neighbors  man I was so exhausted that i passed out around 930 and just woke up 10 min ago  . We will have to hook up for another ab trip or maybe a fishing trip down in carmel.

I guess 2ft of vis is better than none. Sounds like those abs of yours didn't stand a chance last night at the dinner table. Mine are still chilling alive in the fridge waiting to be popped and cleaned this morning.

Yeah definitely an exhausting day. Luckily for me I didn't have to work like you did.
I'm down for Carmel or abing as well whenever. I might be going again next weekend to Fort Bragg.

I have a great mussel spot I can show you in HMB if interested.
