Looks like a sand sole to me.

I caught these three out infront of Seaside high in Aug. Left fish is either a southern rock sole or a fantail sole. Two right fish are definately sand sole. IMO bbq'ed Sand sole is one of the best eating fish around. All of these fish were caught on a hali slider rig w/ a large whole squid from 70-35' FOW. I never feel them bite I just see the rod change action and reel up.
