4 arrested for Roseville-Rocklin catalytic converter thefts

Found this on youtube.

I had mine stolen off my 4Runner about a year ago and had an aftermarket (Not Original Toyota part) put on...apparently it does not hold enough valued metals they look for and they will not bother taking...too much hassel for $15 they would get for scrap...work so far!
