WTB 11-13 FOOT STARTER FISHING KAYAK

I have a friend and co-worker who really wants to get into kayak fishing. He's on a budget - aren't we all
 If you have a backup ride you are thinking of getting rid of, please let me know. He is 5'3" 160# so a shorter yak is OK, although for safety reasons, I would prefer that he get at least an 11+ footer.

I will be selling my used 12 foot heritage. Wide and stable. I installed 2 flush rod holders. I have brand vew paddle and brand new fishing life vest. Along with assorted rods etc.. Plus a brand new handheld  summersible VHF. I am just getting it all ready for sale  and should have pics up over the weekend. Kirk I'll keep an eye out for good deals on a starter yak in that price range. It's always cool to help people get into fishing from a kayak.

That lady in Lodi I bought the trailer from said that the tarpon 160's dent popped back up after storing it on its side in the sun.  So it might be okay now after all.  It looks weathered but I didn't see any cracks in it.  Called her and she wanted $200 for it but I think you can negotiate that.  Just tell her because it got bent it will only be good in the lakes.
