Its two raffles?!  The "first" raffle has a prize pool that specifically excludes the kayak.  The "second" raffle draws for a single grand kayak prize. 

Any unselected residual raffle tix from the "first" raffle remains eligible for the "second" raffle.  Winning in the "first" raffle automatically increases the chances of losing in the "second" raffle, unless more raffle tix are purchased prior to the "second" raffle drawing.

We are only pulling tickets from one container for the entire raffle (first prize to Kayak). You do have the option to purchase tickets during the raffle if you choose to, to increase your odds at the end for the Kayak. We are allowing this to hopefully increase the amount of money we can raise for Marv and Joel.
