For sale - 1996 Specialized Stumpjumper M2 FS Comp

17" frame size

Weight - 26.0lbs

New Jagwire ripcord brake and shift cables and housings.
New Avid brake pads
New Cane Creek S3 headset
New rear tire - WTB Wolverine 1.9in kevlar bead
New Shimano M520 SPD pedals (not pictured)
New coil spring kit for the Judy XC (replaced deteriorated elastomer stack)
New grips

Repacked wheel bearings - Rolf Satellite wheelset.

Drivetrain is in great condition, bottom bracket is very smooth.

Great classic fast XC mtn bike.

I would keep this bike but its too big for me.  :(

This bike is still badass. I pedaled a Stumpjumper for years. Liked it more than my old Klein attitude. And what's more...this Stumpy isn't mid-90s vintage florescent yellow/green lol--it's actually a respectable color. Specialized is based in Morgan Hill too ~proud to be an American~
