Great report!  I practicly forget what rockfish taste like this time of year but after seeing a stringer like that, it starts comming back to me!

Tried the MFPB both fileted and steaked. Filets won hands down. The texture of the meat makes it a PITA to get off the back bone and detracts from the orgasmic eating experience.
