Can someone confirm that the LOch is not being planted?  Its not on DFG list anyway.  So basically the only game there is bass, bluegill, and scenery, which aint a bad trio anyway
Though i'm certain of it, i'm not sure where to confirm it.  But I do remember the trout planing was pulled for any waters that were not self contained, i.e. no lakes that have outflow/streams.

Fished coyote a couple months back and C&Red a few trout on the far side of the dam from shore. Everyone's posts are dead on in regards to the restrictions.  Too bad...
