The AT&T golf thing is February 7-13, so you'll probably want to avoid SWS on the 12th.

Nobody will be able to enter Pebble from like Wed-Sunday unless you're buying tickets to "watch" some golf. I wouldn't go anywhere near Pebble until next wknd. That place has been getting over-exposed anyways.

Carmels butterfly house is fishy, diveable, and free -

The traffic shouldnt be too bad if you get there in the morning say around 8 - 9 am -
