Finally got a chance to watch the whole vid, IM-PRESS-IVE Jim!

So, where's the jug of soy sauce & the pint of wasabi and the case of cold beer? Looks like it's Miller Time at the end of that fight.

Someday....someday.

It was pretty funny, we sliced up the fish on the deck of the boat and I took a huge bite out of the back strap. We had to run for an hour and a half back to the mothership in an incredible lightning and thunder storm.

Props to ya Jim for knowing your limits with that big fish.  Most guys would have given up in the first hour.  How were you arms afterwards?

Arms were noodles, hands were cramped, back was a wreck. IF you look at the end of the video I could barely stand up straight.

Damn Jim that is awsome! Great to see you living it large and fishing in some great locations. How many tuna were pulled in that trip?

We only got three Tuna a 38 and the 125 by me and a 42 by Lebow. We really didn't target them more than the one afternoon, spent a good deal of our time fishing the boilers.
Here is some of that action

Mine was 42 lbs of pure, my first tuna on a popper. Otherwise known as bait compared to big Jim's. He was wrecked the next day, but bounced back fast, out-gritting everyone (me really) fishing tight against that epic, wave-wracked wall.
