Although I've never lost a family member to violence, three of my best friends growing up were murdered and at least one of my friends growing up has just disappeared and since we were the only family he had none of us has any idea if he's passed away, in jail, or what.

These stupid, senseless losses are hard because you're just left with nothing all of a sudden. There was no way to see it coming or prepare for the loss.

My thoughts are with you Al, Sarah, and family.

Just reading this I am literally shedding tears. The pain of such senseless happenings is unfathomable. My deepest condolences.

Damn this sucks! People are so f'n stupid.
I don't know what to say Sarah. But I'll give you a big hug next time I see you. 
I just searched through all 3000 smiley thingys and couldn't find a hug emoticon. This one was the closest, but it's also kinda creepy...sorry about that.

Oh My Dear Friends,

I love you all so very much, and although you may not know me  very well or have spent alot of time together, Universally we are all one and I can't express my feelings for you all caring about what has happened to us. There is really no way to express how I feel.

I was finally able to get online and read this and I'm compelled but aimless. I at least wanted to respond to you guys and let you know that I think about you and care about you all too. Please forgive the lateness in this, as I've seen some of you guys since you've posted on this thread.

We are looking at a case that is getting colder and colder, all I can hope is that they find out what happened, because I need to know. On a strange note, someone crashed thru the fence where Joey was shot like hit and run style and drove away. This used to be a good neighborhood, only one street off from ours on the main drag. WTF. I was really close to my brother and he was really good to my son. Things will never be the same. I just keep expecting him to walk thru the door and I beg in my mind for him to come home. It's not fair.
