We had a great time and it was awesome seeing you guys out there...plan on taking him on the yaks at least one afternoon this week to try and get him comfortable before Saturday...really looking forward to getting him OTW at SWS and hopefully getting him to at least catch one fish on a yak!!

That water looks so nice compared to what we experienced in SC.  I started going towards to Capitola but the wind waves and swells got really bad and so I turned around.  I did not want to go back to SC going against the wind.  Nice pics of you and your family.  I tried to get my father out too but he is too land locked.  You going to have a lot of fun fishing with your daughter, especially once she learns how to fish in a kayak.  Thanks for sharing your precious moments and pics with us.

then Valentina's tiny little Daiwa Rod (right when she was kinda getting antsy and bored) bends double and drag starts ripping off the tiny reel!!! She and I work it up together and it is a nice fatty football Brown!! 

Very nice Jim, Can you imagine catching a rockfish that was that big compared to your body! She must have thought that thing was HUGE. Way to spend it with family!
