Mooch there are two types of chiro's out there. those that blled you dry and a few who get it right.

In my years on the street I had a lot of patients (almost every last one of them was obese, or morbidly obese), they saw what is refered to as "Chiroquacks."

We came up with some identifiers for identfying "chiroquacks."

The doctor tells you you have "the worst back I have ever seen"  My fiancees mom had both scoliosis and kyphosis, she had the worst back I ever saw, and I didn't need an X-ray to prove it.

chiroquack tells you "with an adjustment we cure the common cold"
"fix your sex life"

You get picture.

I belive there is a place for them, but some of their claims are beyond outrageous.  Becareful and choose wisely.

Your core should be strong from the SUP. Its time to bite the bullet, put on some spandex and hit up a yoga house. Improving your flex appeal along with the core should keep you straightened out.

I know a guy in Redwood City. PM me if you haven't found anyone and I'll check if he takes new patients. Been going when I need him for the last 20 years. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

Mooch,

My chiropractor just got back to me.
