FW "09" Yak Schedule

F.Y.I.,
There will be a short Roll Call for the July event at New Hogan Res. as I will be on Vacation from 7-5-09 till 7-13-09. I will be fishing in S.D. for the week with my family and will post the roll call upon my return. Anybody heading that way during this time post up and maybe we can hook up at La Jolla or any other spot.

I know another event has been scheduled for the day before my final event but those of you who have not received points for a Salmon in the AOTY contest may want to think about Bass Lake on September 20, 2009 where I will give away the NEW TRIDENT 13 and it will be FULLY RIGGED and ready to go.
That's right, I will be giving away more prizes at this event than any of the events so far as well as the Trident 13 and it doesn't cost a thing to enter.

I still 50-50 on Davenport II but am planning on showing up at Bass Lake.  Dare I ask, do you need to be present to win?

i'll be at bass lake.  will arrive sat and camp that night

as for the kayak - i talked to eric and you do not need to be present to win, although that would be preferable.

if you win and are not there, you will still have been considered the winner, but the kayak will be gifted to me.




ok, so that's not true.  eric will keep the kayak in fresno and you'll have to go pick it up yourself =)

I will have the Kayak at Bass Lake and hope the winner will be there to take it home. If the winner is not present at Bass Lake on Sept. 20th than the winner will be responsable for picking the Kayak up in Fresno as it would cost at least $100.00 to have it shipped.

Richard fished the Delta event at Tiki Lagun on June 28 which gave him the winning ticket.

I am working on the schedule for next years events and would like to hear any suggestions for locations or changes you would like to see.

I tried to make it to bass lake, I swear, its just my body wont take more torture, I flew Thursday night LA, came back Friday before midnight, prep my stuff for the HMB, and side my Freshy stuff, after HMB my body gives in I fell a sleep on the truck, then I woke Adam says good morning , I tried after an hour I was dying pulled over to the shoulder, took a nap, Hwy patrol just pulled behind me and ask if I am ok, I said I am fine just tired, he ask me to find a safe place and left, I decided 4 more hrs I'll die so turn around and back home, my wife slap me for not catching fish  anyway what a prize! Thank you for your continuing support on the sport, I hope I will fish one of your event in the future, Can I recommend Clear Lake for your future event, April and May are the month for Bass Crappie and Bluegill everyone will have a great time, just suggestion...

i personally would like to see ice house on the next years list for trout.

I enjoyed Bass Lake until all the lake lice showed up .....and I noticed a few times watching them buzz some yakers pretty close at full speed. For the next lake tournament, a 5mph. lake like Caples would be perfect!!! Just my 2 cents. Folsom Lake should be at 5mph next week

Capels. Prosser, lake side camp ground, spring session here before the water warms. 5mph limit, no lice.

Hey Eric, will there be another bunch of FW tourney's this year???  If so, looking forward too it!!!   Had such a great time last year!!!
