show up tell the truth and go from there...if u take it to jury it's a pain in the freaking ass, butt, think about it, how many people would find ya guilty...I wouldn't...it boils down to how much time u want to put in to it!!! maybe the judge Say's "that's messed up" I'm sure a reduced fine is in the picture...go Raiders!!! 06 ticket for fishing with a ca lic while not being in state for 6 mths...infraction or not??? lot of head ache and time...born in Ukiah 1960...guy was gaming me...set it for jury...and kept getting the run around...Oroville...hells hole...combat fishing to the extreme...I didn't learn my lesson went back again a month later and wrote me up for being in a game preserve after hours...both combined tickets was over $1400.00 all they want is your $$$ thank god theres no SALMON fishing or I'd be there again...I feel FM1'a Pain!!!

so what constitutes an infraction or what...what's the diff...mine went to jury...but everytime I showed up the DA was not there or this or that...went twice from Ukiah to freaking Oroville for S#!T finally said...lets just get this over...... 1400 freaking dollars later...still paying 25 bucks a month....

It all boils down to how much grief can u take...or not...I'm very under educated when it comes to  a lot of laws but....I did not go out and purposely break them...I bought my lic...ALL of THEM!!! alright I better take a chill pill...thought I let that stuff go man...thx for letting me get it out right here...

PS don't fish the afterbay in Oroville!!! thats the training grounds of our new DFG boys...well in that area and a lot more...and don't get me wrong!!! I support our DFG, because without them what do we have...my attitude chk failed those two times I was harassed because of out of state plates...!!! revenue baby!!!
