So NOW which Stillwater are we talking about?   If Carmel - I'm interested.  Never fished there, but hear good things.

Yeah, he's talking about Carmel for this hookup. Although, as a Pagrovian, you should know better than to refer to Pebble as "Carmel" hahaha! Stillwater Cove is in Pebble Beach. In Carmel Bay. Not the Pebble Beach on the north coast...confused yet?

Good luck out there Tigerfish! Don't spend too much time dilly-dallying inside the cove in the AM....paddle out and around the corner to fish the productive-but-more-exposed-to-nasty-ocean-conditions first. Then you can retreat to the safety of the cove once the wind+swell picks up around 10:35am.
