Shannon, you live in Forestville for cryin' out loud. You havent fished the fort yet. Whats up? The only time I see you post is when you want info. The north point on the outside holds schools of blacks. Further up north to the 2 big rocks holds lings and all kinds of rockfish. If you fish the north point go out to 100ft and you might get a big ling. Use white swimbaits and red swimbaits. Right at the end of Pedottis reef there is a shelf at about 50 ft that drops off to 80 ft. Big verms. OK? Good Luck. Toughen up the skin. Jeesh.

I've fished the area from the PB for years.
Drifting the outside of kelp beds will always get you fish.

If you can't take a lil sassin, why you so sassy? Humiliation? Not intended at all. I also realize many people,or none, don't get "my brand of humor". You posted up your brand. I posted up mine. After your second post I immediately p.m.ed you with what little personal info I know about the Fort, with no response from you. Your Welcome. OMG. What a bad, bad man I am. You've shown the world. Bra.[deliberately misspelled by me to make fun of myself] I would add, "Got it?" but we may not ever "get" each other's intent? I do respect your sassiness but detest your defensiveness. Plenty of spelling and grammatical errors in here I'm sure not to care. If this post fails to set the record straight then feel free to dream up something clever to post up and really get my goat. I always need a good laugh and don't worry about my "feelings". jim

Agree that things get misinterpreted when there is but a single dimension to the communication. Have cried my tears(not really, just a bit of lip quivering)and am again ready to face world. No more  salvos to fire across the bow from me. Lets go fish, drink beer and be merry. My apologies for misunderstanding your brand(though still think mine is better)

Paddle out and fish the area and let us know how you did. Go south to the big pointed rock and good luck.
