MBK HALIBUT

I went to mbk to give freediving for halibut a try. The water was flat calm but the vis really sucked there was only about 3 feet. Stuck with it for two hours and saw two small flat fish 16 inch's. I have never done this before any help would be much appreciated.  All in all it was a great day in the water . I talked to a surf fisher man and he said that the striped bass have been showing up regularly

The 'buts are out there. Unfortunately, all we're seeing is empty holes though....nobody's home, of late. And yeah, the surf striper bite had been red hot!
