Good deal on a VHF

Anybody have any good ideas on how to make this submersible also "float"? While I plan to clip to my PFD, I'd like to have a backup plan just in case...

Darn!  I missed out on this deal.  Standard Horizon has EXCELLENT customer service, which I've had to use a couple of times.  I would buy there product again in a heart beat, but I found a really good deal on a Uniden Voyager. 

Right now, ebay and Amazon have it for $99 including shipping from a vendor named bigzelectronics.com

Although it costs more, its compact size and price influenced me to try a Uniden product.
