Big Sur, May 13-15?

I know, it's a little early...but my wife just told me that she wants to rent a cabin down in Big Sur for our anniversary.  She then said "You can bring your kayak and go fishing if you want...I'll be happy just reading my book on the beach."

 

Talk about conflicting emotions!  Part of me is stoked that my awesome wife wants me to go fishing on our anniversary getaway while she relaxes with a book!  Then another part of me (I won't say what part) is really bummed...that my awesome wife wants me to go fishing on our anniversary getaway while she relaxes with a book.   

Anyhow, I might be fishing on the 14th or 15th, if anyone wants to get away during the week.  Haven't fished anywhere south of Garapata yet, so I can use some company.  I'll touch bases again in a few weeks.

I'll send you some info when the time draws near. But I won't be able to join because I'll be stalking elusive microbrews in the Lost Coast that wknd.
