Well in my years of owning a Mac (since '84) I've only gone in there once. Yeah they weren't that helpful but no doubt better than an automated phone call.

NB did you really comment about Mac's freezing? I always considered you a pretty smart guy but trying to say Mac's freeze more than Windows? and w/ Vista? Even people who work @ Microsoft don't run Vista!

In all seriousness, about the spinning beach ball, I've had my G4 for 3 years and it only led to a freeze 3 times. 99% of the time it worked itself out.

BTW have fun w/ your Conficker worm, I'm going back to work.
