Hello All :smt006

h00kie here and finally have valid reasons to create an account and join NCKA.
First of all, I've recently acquired a used kayak to do some of my fishing with. Second of all, Mooch already had the official NCKA sticker on the yak that I plan on leaving there. Thanks for the awesome deal brow!

I took my maiden voyage the other day to get familiarized with launching and paddling. I can already tell that I'm going to enjoy this new fishing platform. I do plan on taking a dump on my few next trips, I mean go over board :smt003, just so I can learn how to get back on. Looking forward to meeting with others, picking up tips & learning a whole bunch from the experience.

Welcome to the madness.  You got one sweet ride there.  Did Mooch remove his "signature" from the yak?  :smt003

Hi h00kie!
Hope you enjoy the new fishing platform. Although, I'm not sure how you're gonna top the feat of catching a sturgeon from your pontoon boat?!

welcome hookie, nice to see you on board.  hope to catch you out there again.  dont have to worry about the wind as much in a yak as in your old toon!

Thanks ewb! I've only taken it out once for a few hours and seen how much more water I can cover with it.  Can't wait to get more time on it and finally be able to bring my fishing tackle with me. :fishing2

Mooch, That would be awesome dude! I appreciate the tips & the help. I gotta stop by soon to give you back your straps.

Sailfish, Mooch never got a chance to remove his "signature" from the yak cuz I practically jumped on the deal before he could prep it for sale. I thought about leaving it on there but don't want to have Mooch associated with any rookie mistakes that I'll be making :smt003. Plus I don't want his followers trailing me around as if I knew where the fish are at. There's actually some unblemished material underneath all that deco.... All I could say is that "MOOCH" has left his mark on the yak :smt001

PK, New ventures so I get to start over on the yak. Let's do this!

bassmanben, I'm sure I'll run into you more more now. Maybe even keep up with the new range that the yak has given me.
