How am I supposed to know "html"? What is it? They didn't even have calculators when I went to school. I actually learned how to use an abacus.
The fishing was so good I thought I was there yesterday!

Just giving you a hard time.  I am old, and not a computer nerd either.  I learned what I know about html using a method your age group should readily understand...I read a book about html.  If your too lazy to read, youtube is full of handy videos that will show you how to play on the internet and not look too retarded while doing so.

The little doo-hickeys that you saw come onto your screen when you clicked the quote icon that looked like this...
Quote
are html code.  You put them on either end of the text you want to quote.  A more efficient metod would be to paste the text you want to quote between them.

If you also put your reply inside them they will look like part of the quote and not your response to the quote.

I've never been accused of being too lazy to read. Grew up in Japan in the late 50s early 60's before they had English T.V. Reading was the only entertainment after dark. Yeah, we did have electricity. I'll get one of those "...........For Dummies" books one of these days. At the moment I'm trying to read everything there is about kayaks and fishing off of them. HTMLs will have to wait awhile.

Glad to hear you aren't one of those people that made fun of the kids that rode the short bus to school.

Never accused you of being too lazy, just offering an alternative if you weren't a reader. Good luck on your yak quest.  If you enjoy fishing, you will find that this is the funnest way to do it.
