Sorry I am late to the game, minor setback to 200 even but the good news is that I got the bike setup and had my first cardio workout ever. Almost hurled, it was intense.

For those guys that want to speed things up I strongly suggest looking at http://www.hussmanfitness.org/ or bodyforlife.com I just started following this and it make a ton of sense and so far is kicking my ass. Cardio is only 20 minutes total wich I really like cause it fits into my insane schedule. Basic principle is High Intensity Interval training

sorry for the late post but I was snowboarding sugarbowl for 4 days  :smt007
nothen like 4 feet of fresh snow it was to my shoulders on sat. i would have to say
that it was the best snow i got to ride in a good 8 years. it took 6.1/2 hours to get there
but was worth it.  :smt005

So I got a new scale and this one is right on the money
I drank and eat like a pig all 4 days, and on the way home we hit cattlemans
and I ordered the full rack of beef ribs and I still lost 2 pounds  :smt004
I tell you that full rack of ribs is definitely a 2 ply 4 flush meal  :smt010
but it was good  :smt007 need to hit the gym today but i am sore all over
think I will take a rest.  :smt012

start 226.0
now 205
20 pounds gone  :smt005

You guys are all doing really well!
I haven't posted pics of a scale, but Duane's post got me thinking, as I too just finished 3 days of xc skiing & snow hiking. The snow activities, combined with being a "test subject" for my wife's yoga class, has got me to 201, down from 205 in January.
I'll accept 200 going into summer, but hope (at the end of RF season) to be under that.

losing over 20lbs!!!!Dayy-um guys that is serious. Props to all of you for sticking to it.

sorry i'm late and still not set for pics but i started at 255.5 and weighed 244.5 this morning.  Whole foods and fishing's the way for me so far.  Getting out of the tarvelling job makes it easier to eat healthy ad drink less.  Looking for 240 before my trip to Clear Lake next week.
