Sorry for the late post today was INSANE at work. So siting at 202 up .5 for last week, finally getting off my butt and working out a bit, got to find me a stationary bike. I did find out my iPhone weighs 1lb according to my scale so I am pretty close to breaking 200!

I just have to congratulate all of you. Keep it up. Last year I dieted for 8 months hard and got down to 170 at about 5% bodyfat. My physiological makeup can't hang there that long though so I'm back up to about 185 which for my shortness makes me an obese character. I need to get my wasit down 2" which should get me to about 180. Lots of long days on the treadmill, weight training and a crazy diet that takes your body to constant ketosis.

Good work dudes.  Man, KZ's killing it - yeah.

My progress:

Start:     225
1/27/08: 214

11 lbs since the start.  I'm stoked.  This was a great idea.  I would never have had the willpower to do this on my own.

Looks like no change for this week, but I'm not surprised, really busy and just having to eat whatever on the run,

  but close to breaking 200..

Dave you are doing super good!!!

Thanks Sean.

But crap, I feel guilty now and must fess up:  In this competition I've been recently guilty of.......Doping!  Yes, we have a doping scandal in our very midst on this friendly competition.

Here's how it went:  Last week my Doctor put me on a diuretic for my high blood pressure, which consequently made me pee like a race horse.  I immediately dropped 4 maybe 5 pounds in water weight.

I am ashamed.  A doping scandal right here on NCKA.

Dave,
Don't sweat it, some of the weight will come back and in the long run it will all work out.
There will be good weeks and bad weeks but at least we are all in this together.
BTW has anyone tallied the total loss this far of all of us combined - It's quite a motivator.
Keep up the good work combined we can easily loose a ton.

Well, I finally got my card reader working. I'm not sure sure my scale is working properly. I weighed myself this morning and it says I'm a bit over 221. Go figure. I'm gonna stick with this scale for another week and if it keeps going wonky I'll consider replacing it.
