Best move I ever saw man. (Top Gun)  :smt003
You will be very happy with your decision. Especially now that you have it at your fingertips whenever you want/need it. Give a sigh of relief and relax.
Speaking of relief; did it come with a relief zipper??
Has a front zipper, I don't know if it will reach "Willie"? :smt002
If not I'll carry a piss bottle, see if I can unzip enough to get the bottle down there.
Hope so, because at 52 the bladder ain't what she used to be! :smt010
Thanks for everyones help, see you all at GS III.

So I'm still the only one honest/stupid enough to admit to peeing in my wetsuit? Come on, it's not that bad! It's called the peter-heater and is one of the first thing you learn while surfing. Heck, I've got pavlonian response every time I pull on a wetsuit...all the sudden I have to pee!

I do when i'm surfing and neck-deep in the water.....a must up here in Nor-Cal, but to marinate in it all day, above the waterline could be something new, fun and warm to experience......good practice for when I'll be depending on those depends.  :smt010

Not sure how well the mystereso underlayer would hold up to the "Peter heater"  Wouldn't you kind stink a little worse when you squiggle out of the suit?  Fortunately my FJ has the zipper.   :smt003

Man that's some funny stuff there!  The only time I'll piss my suit is when I'm in the water, otherwise I'd be afraid to end up like my kid with some kind of nasty diaper rash.  As entertaining as this topic has become it brings up some good points.  I wear a full-suit when on the ocean, but it's such a pain to piss in I usually only have it pulled up waist high with the sleeves dangling.  Gonna have to keep an eye out for the front zipper.

Either way, glad you abandoned the wader idea Tad...it's one thing on a lake, a whole new game on the Pacific.

The farmer john I ordered has arrived, the good news is the front zipper is a two way and will reach "Willie".
The bad news is it's a little snug around my middle :smt002

One good season of kayak fishing/paddling will take care of that!

That picture is great  :smt044

Don't worry Tad, it is a wetsuit; it is supposed to be tight!  Honestly, they just dont seem make them the same size anymore.  They all seem to run smaller and smaller.  The older and wider..I mean wiser I get, the more I have come to realize this  :smt003

Where was that BLOTY thread.......

Great pic but a snug wading belt probably would've held out most of the water. Still, it's nothing to be taken lightly - a person could easily be drowned in the surf this way - in a lot of ways it's more dangerous than being in open water, even though you're right next to dry land. I'll sometimes wear my pfd when wading the beach if I'm really getting in the surf. Regardless, I wouldn't want to risk waders on the kayak on Big Blue - they would not be fun to swim in, filled with water or not.
